Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@globalvaly.com so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

To help us resolve the issue, please include clear photos of the item and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before initiating a return.

Exchanges
To receive a different item, please return the original product in accordance with our return policy. Once the return has been approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be issued in the form of store credit (gift card) equal to the value of the returned item.

Please note:

  • A $17 return processing/shipping fee will be deducted from approved returns.
  • A 10% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
  • Additional fees may apply to returned sale items.

Returns are typically processed within 10 business days after the item has been received and inspected. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@globalvaly.com.
