Tracking & Delivery Responsibility

If there are delays or your package is rerouted, we recommend reaching out to the courier for updated delivery information.

Globalvaly is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier. However, we are happy to assist by providing tracking details or shipment documentation if needed.

Shop App Tracking Notice
Please note that the Shop App may not always provide real-time updates for all carriers. For the most accurate tracking information, please refer to the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

Customs, Refused Shipments & Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If a package is:

  • Returned due to an incorrect address
  • Refused by the customer
  • Held or rejected by customs

We will contact you once the item is returned to us. In such cases, we may:

  • Reship the item (additional shipping fees may apply), or
  • Issue a refund minus shipping and handling costs

Customers are also responsible for any customs fees, import duties, and taxes that may apply.
