Open the base and fill it with water to keep it stable during practice.

Put the base on a flat surface with enough space around you to swing safely.

Attach The Cord


Connect the elastic cord to the metal hook on the base.

Connect The Ball


Tie or attach the cord securely through the loop on the tennis ball.

Stand back, hold your racket, and make sure the cord can move freely.
